What do I need for my online visit?

Updated September 2, 2026

Your online visit is quick, but having a few things ready makes it even smoother:

  • Your basic health history — current medications, allergies, and any conditions you've been diagnosed with.

  • Your current weight and height — an honest starting point helps your clinician choose the right plan.

  • A government-issued ID — telehealth rules require us to verify who we're treating.

  • A payment method — you'll check out at the end of the visit.

If you have recent lab results, keep them nearby — you can upload them to your patient portal after you sign up, and they can help your clinician personalize your care.

You don't need a referral, a prior prescription, or insurance. Your online visit is the only front door.
