You've signed up — nice. Here's what happens next:
Clinician review. A licensed clinician reviews your health intake. If they need anything else — a quick video visit or extra information — they'll reach out through your patient portal.
Your prescription is written. Once approved, your clinician sets your starting dose and sends your prescription to one of our partner pharmacies.
Your order ships. The pharmacy fills your prescription and ships it in cold packaging. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.
You start treatment. Injection instructions and support are waiting in your patient portal, and you can book a clinician visit anytime with questions.
Most first orders arrive within 48–72 hours of your prescription being written.
While you wait, log in to your patient portal and look around — it's where you'll book appointments, upload documents, and manage your plan.
