You'll receive an email with tracking information the moment your order ships, and you can always check status from your patient portal.
When your medication arrives, refrigerate it right away unless your included instructions say otherwise. It ships in cold packaging to protect it in transit.
If it's been more than 3 days since your prescription was written and you haven't received tracking, email support@jivehealth.co and we'll look into it.
