Open the Documents section.
Upload a clear photo, scan, or PDF of your results.
Already had labs done recently? Results from the last 6 months may be acceptable — upload them in your patient portal and your clinician will confirm.
Make sure your name and the collection date are visible on the document — it speeds up clinician review.
Your clinician reviews new results as part of your care. If anything needs discussing, book an appointment in your patient portal.
