Why appointments matter
Jive Health is doctor-led — a licensed clinician oversees your treatment from day one. Depending on your health intake, your clinician may ask for a video visit before prescribing, and you can book a visit anytime after that. Unlimited visits are included in your plan at no extra cost.
What to expect
Visits happen over secure, HIPAA-compliant video. Your clinician will review your history and progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan if needed. In states that require a live video visit, appointments typically last around 20 minutes.
Join from a quiet spot with stable internet, and jot down your questions beforehand so nothing gets missed.
Need to reschedule?
No problem. Open the Appointments section of your patient portal, cancel your existing slot, and pick a new time. If something went wrong with an appointment — a no-show, a tech issue — email support@jivehealth.co and we'll sort it out.
