How does my medication stay safe in transit?

Updated September 2, 2026

GLP-1 medications are temperature-sensitive, so our partner pharmacies ship every order in insulated packaging with cold packs designed to hold a safe temperature for the full journey.

  • Insulated packaging keeps outside heat away from your medication.

  • Cold packs maintain a safe temperature range in transit.

  • Discreet packaging — nothing on the outside says what's inside.

When your order arrives, move your medication to the refrigerator promptly unless your instructions say otherwise. Cold packs may have thawed by arrival — that's expected and doesn't mean the medication was compromised.

If your package arrives damaged, hot, or you're worried about how it was handled, don't use the medication — email support@jivehealth.co with photos. We offer free replacements for damaged or temperature-compromised medication.
