Here's the typical timeline once your clinician approves your treatment:
Prescription written — usually within 10 hours of your clinician's approval, as long as you've completed every step after checkout (intake, ID verification, and anything else your portal asks for).
Pharmacy fills and ships — our partner pharmacies prepare your medication and hand it to FedEx. Pharmacies ship seven days a week, weekends included.
Delivery — most orders arrive within 48–72 hours of the prescription being written.
You'll get an email with tracking the moment your order ships, and you can check status anytime in your patient portal.
Refrigerate your medication as soon as it arrives unless your included instructions say otherwise.
